We worked closely with the Access Group ERP marketing team to create a unique look and feel for the Access ERP design system. The style needed to align with the core brand, but still have a defined graphics and colour system. This allows the ERP marketing materials to have a clear identity while remaining a part of the Access brand.

Employer brand is a big trend in the HR industry; businesses must invest in their employer brand to attract and retain top quality candidates. Therefore, if being a destination employer was top of the industry’s mind, Access Group’s latest campaign idea “Becoming a destination employer,” needed to grab their attention and provide answers.
From initial download, we also supported during the lead nurture process, designing actionable checklists, digestible factsheets and a convincing case study pack to move prospects from initial interest through to having a conversation with Access’s sales team.
To drive additional awareness, we produced bitesize, infographic style promotional assets to help build momentum for the campaign via social media channels.
Thanks to a combination of compelling content, creative design and digital PR outreach, the destination employer campaign was a huge success, even going on to win two silver awards at the Midlands Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) Awards for best use of content and best use of digital.

The HR software market is crowded and standing out can be tricky. Access really focus on understanding the challenges their users and potential users face and build supporting content to help them in their day to day existence as a HR professional. The Transformation Campaign was just that – a guide to becoming the HR team of the future. We worked with the internal team to bring to life creatively their content, exploring the concept to help it attract the attention it deserved.
The transforming HR campaign was designed to span the entire buyer journey; driving awareness via a top of the funnel guide that spoke to the market’s pain points, then nurturing leads through to selecting the software that solves their challenges.
We designed the first guide to be eye-catching and engaging to pique the buyer’s interest and drive downloads. The second eBook we designed was a more practical, step by step guide that empowered prospective buyers to build a business case for the software they needed to overcome their challenges.
Both guides were promoted via an integrated campaign across multiple channels including email marketing, social media, PR outreach and targeted advertising. To help them stand out, we produced a package of eye catching promotional assets with engaging visuals and clear calls-to-action to drive clicks and conversions.
The campaign was a success, exceeding its KPIs for both lead generation and pipeline generation. Thanks to its comprehensive outreach strategy, the campaign was also effective at building awareness and engagement for the Access brand within the HR community.
We work closely with the Access Group marketing teams to understand the target audience. We create a clear and relevant concept that is approved internally at Access Group. We are considered external brand guardians by the internal design teams and everything we deliver is aligned with the Access brand.
