Summit Up climbing centre, opened in 2021 and is one of the most exciting facilities of its kind. We worked closely with the Summit Up team to create a brand and identity.
After taking time to really get to know the team and to understand the ideal customer they're targeting, we created a delivered the new Summit Up brand, logo, design assets and overall look and feel.
Designed to catch the eye, we opted for fun, vibrant colours, complemented by simple typography. The logo was animated for digital use and worked in to a set of variants on the core brand application, to offer longevity and flexibility in application.
The form and structure of the logo reflects the environment and climbing walls. This gives the brand a clear identity that is connected to the experience people will enjoy.
Website User Experience and Design
We have worked in the Leisure sector for many years and replied on our understanding of the target audience to deliver a solid structure and guest flow. The priorities were 'easy of booking' with clear paths to the right information.
The website needed to be clear to follow and reflect the vibrant brand we have created. We worked closely with the Summit Up team, the centre manager and the development company to make sure we design a great website.
Through the brand delivery process, we wanted the Summit Up team to be involved, impressed and engaged with the direction and ideas we have for the brand and building. We used 3D renders and video to explain and demonstrate the brand working on the building.
We produced extensive brand guidelines and assets for the internal marketing team to use. The brand needed to be easy to execute and look high-quality and engaging.
